Position duties

  • Your responsibilities will include conducting a full recruiting cycle - from the first contact to a job offer and the successful completion of the probationary period.
  • Search for IT specialists of Middle and Senior level.
  • Interaction with department heads and technical experts to define requirements and tasks for vacancies.
  • Reporting.
  • Our requirements

    • Experience in IT recruting and hunting more then 1 year;
    • Good knowledge and practival experince with searching tools;
    • Strong negothiation and communication skills;
    • Deep understanding in IT technologies and software development proccess (for vacancy writing and support);
    • Responsibility, organization and a systematic approach to work.

    Additional skills

    • Expirience in IT recrutment more then 2 years;
    • English level Upper-Intermediate and higher;
    • Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions;
    • Expirience in event management and event organization.
